We got tired of the same old way of doing trade credit. The world moved on, but trade credit management, especially credit risk management, fell behind. We decided to do something about it.

Not enough data

We all complained that credit reports didn't have enough data. We all wanted the latest financials but seldom got them.

Face it. Thats the reality. There are good alternatives.

Not enough time

Credit teams are stretched, chasing collections and doing everything except strategic development and automation.

Make the case for why credit is valuable to the business and why it needs better tools. Stop being comfortable with busyness.

Trade Credit is "special"

Trade Credit is completely different to consumer credit. And completely different to business loans. And completely different to etc etc.

True. That's why we took those tools from other sectors and made them for trade credit professionals.

Sales is the problem

Sales wins the argument every time with credit. The business takes on the risk to get the client on board, no point doing too much of an assessment.

Stop being reactive. Be proactive and help sales drive volumes on the right accounts. You have the data!

Ai is taking our jobs

Ai is both useless and its going to take all of our jobs, all at the same time.

The reality is neither. Ai is a tool, if badly used will give bad results. We want to help our tribe master this tool.

The future is unpredictable

What we are doing today is good enough because you cant predict any better than an experienced credit analyst.

The evidence shows that this is very untrue unfortunately. No human can retain even 1% of the data that machine learning models can handle in seconds. Its no contest. Models win 100% of the time.
